Shawn Alexander, VP/Editorial, Alternative Format Editor, joined the All Access family in February 1996. Previously, he was the first Alternative Editor at R&R, on-air at KBAI and KSTT/San Luis Obispo, CA; KMDY-A (Comedy Radio) & KNJO/Oxnard-Ventura, CA; Metro Traffic/Los Angeles; and did production work at Audio Services America.
Alexander is a big sports fan; his favorite teams include New York Mets; Miami Dolphins; and the LA Kings. Alexander is married and has a daughter, two cats, a guinea pig and a fish and very much enjoys spending time with his family.
As well as being an avid sports fanatic, Alexander really enjoys music and his all-time favorites include Tom Petty, The Police, Oingo Boingo, Elvis Costello, Del Amitri and Wilco. Some of his favorite movies include: The Shining, The Shawshank Redemption, The Bad News Bears and Bull Durham.
Editor, Rock Promotion
Ken Anthony's background as one of the premier Rock radio programmers of the 90s is well documented. Anthony spent most of the 80s holding down various positions at legendary Bay Area rocker KSJO/San Jose culminating in late 1986 with his appointment as Program Director.
In 1989, Anthony moved on to program another legendary rocker KISS/San Antonio before he got the call six months later to program KLOL/Houston, arguably one of the most famous Rock stations in the nation. Under Anthony's direction, KLOL's success sky rocketed the station to record ratings and national prominence.
In 1990, Anthony was named one of the "Ten Best" PD's in the nation by Inside Radio as well as winner of Billboard Magazine's Major Market Program Director of the year in the Rock category. The station shared in all the success winning the award as Billboard Magazine's Rock Station of the Year!
In 1991, Anthony was hired to return to his native California to take on the #1 rock programming job in America - KLOS/Los Angeles. Anthony directed KLOS for two years in which the station rose to #1 25-54 Adults in several books. For his work at KLOS, Anthony was named 1991's Radio MVP of the Year by the Album Network magazine, followed in 1992 by winning Billboards Magazine's Major Market Program Director of the Year in the Rock category for the second time in three years.
After leaving KLOS in late 1992, Anthony brought Alternative radio to St. Louis with the creation and launching of KPNT (The Point)/St. Louis. The Point has become a franchise radio station in the Midwest. Again in 1993, Anthony was rewarded for his work with KPNT by winning 1993's Alternative Radio MVP of the Year by the Album Network Magazine.
Anthony returned to Los Angeles in 1994 to program Classic Rock KLSX until they switched to a Talk format in 1995. The following year, Anthony formed Radio Think Tank, a consulting and marketing company, and has continued working with some of the top Rock based radio stations in the country.
In addition to running Radio Think Tank, in 2004, Anthony was named Rock Editor of the leading industry trade publication Radio & Records. Since leaving R&R in late 2005, Anthony has continued his successful consultancy with clients in varied formats like Rock, Alternative, Triple A, Classic Hits/Oldies, and Hot AC.
In August of 2011, Anthony and his partner Jim Robinson of Radio Brandcasting Inc. launched The Cigar Station @ thecigarstation.com, the world's first 24/7 radio station for cigar smokers and lovers of the good life. The Cigar Station has been met with an enthusiastic response and is being played by hundreds of Smoke Shops across the country.
National Top 40 Promotion
Ed Brown was born and raised in the Midwest. Growing up, music played a large part in his life. Soul, Rock, Pop, even Country - though he didn't truly appreciate that genre until later in life. As a teen, he enjoyed hanging out at a local radio station, ultimately deciding that Radio was all he wanted to do.
Brown's broadcast career includes stations in Michigan, Ohio, Alabama and California. In the '90s, Ed moved to the West Coast, leaving radio behind (except for part-time gigs in LA and San Diego). He remained in the music industry, first working as Broadcast Editor for industry publication HITS Magazine.
In 2000, Ed joined ALL ACCESS in a similar capacity, and has been an important part of the team ever since. In his down time, Ed enjoys the outdoors, travel and, of course, music!
Leah Brungardt joined All Access Music Group in August 2011 and has been enjoying getting to know a new side of the music industry ever since. Having worked to promote radio stations in the past, seeing what makes a successful radio hit has been a thrill. As a lover of all genres of music, working at All Access Music Group is a perfect fit for Leah, and she loves learning about up and coming musicians as well. Most of her friends have come to rely on her for new music.
Leah grew up overseas attending American international schools and attended The University of Arizona, where she earned a BA in Music Management. She roots for the Wildcats every chance she gets.
Leah has been able to work at a variety of music-related jobs including several internships at small independent labels, ClearChannel Radio and Journal Broadcasting Group. She also spent time working retail at a store that specializes in vinyl, which was a lot of fun for her. Her favorite movie is Empire Records, so that makes perfect sense.
Leah has been living in Los Angeles for three years and loves all that the crazy city has to offer; from entertainment to culture and food and, of course, music. When Leah isn't working, she helps promote a non-profit Pin-Up Calendar project; she loves reading, seeing movies, running and attending concerts.

Ratings and Directory Guru
Paul "Poppa", "Gator", Anthony Cartellone started his radio career in high school. He grew up in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame City of Cleveland Ohio listening to WIXY 1260 and later The Buzzard-WMMS. After completing four years at Ohio University, working at the All Campus Radio Network (as Poppa Wolf) and later WXTQ he ventured into commercial at WIBZ in Pakersburg, WVA. After a few years, he moved back to Cleveland and worked at News Talk WERE, Cleveland where he produced the Morton Downey Jr Show. Paul made Mort good enough to land a job at WMAQ (and you made have seen the Morton Downey Jr Show On TV). Paul wanted to program radio stations and so he set out on a journey that would take him to thriving metropolises such as East Liverpool, OH, Sandusky, OH and his first PD gig in Beckley, West Virginia.
Tired of the weather of the Midwest he was promised a job in Orlando, FL. His first break in a major market and a warmer climate. Unfortunately, that job never materialized. From Orlando he moved to Ft Myers for a few years even Daytona beach and back to Orlando where he worked at WHTQ. And then one night while dialing around the FM dial, he heard a friend of his whom he worked with while at WGCL, Bumper Morgan announce "We're just a small band of renegades terrorizing Tampa Bay, Power 93-The Power Pig. " He called Bumper who told him about the station and he said to call Marc Chase. And the rest as they say is history. "Working at the Power Pig is one of the most memorable rides I've ever had in radio."
Next an opportunity to move to California presented itself and Paul was on his way to see "Swimming Pools, Movie Stars". He was offered a position as Editor of Album Networks' Yellow Pages Of Rock. The Yellow Pages Of Rock was a printed predecessor of what is now the All Access Industry Directory. The Directory Guru is not only responsible for updating the Directory but also maintains the Arbitron section. Paul's spare time is spent riding his Harley Davidson not only through the canyons and valleys from Burbank to Malibu but wherever his motorcycle takes him.
Anneke Carter has been with All Access for almost three years as the Accounting Assistant. Born in Boston Anneke has lived an exciting life as is well traveled across Europe and the US. She went to school for Bookeeping/Accounting at Santa Monica College, National Computer College, Los Angeles, First Marblehead, Boston.

Formerly All Access' Sr. Web Desinger, Richard Chapin is now Creative Director. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Berea College, Berea, KY before moving to Chicago in 1993 to try his hand as a genuine, struggling rock musician. During his tenure there he was a member of several reputable Midwestern bands while simultaneously sharpening his graphic design skills at his "day job".
After 10 years of typical music industry highs and lows, Richard moved to Los Angeles in 2003 where the "day job" transitioned into "the career".
Richard still writes, records and performs his music, but Richard has found a permanent home with the All Access family. He and his wife Jodi reside in Los Angeles with their 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Welcomed into the All Access family in June 2016, Lauren Clarke is coming into the music business with a fresh perspective. She earned a BA in Recreation Administration, Hospitality Management from CSU/Chico, and boasts an extensive background in customer service, as her good communication skills serve her well in any field. Already an avid user of popular applications such as Soundcloud, Shazam, Spotify, etc., Lauren is eager to find out how All Access will incorporate new technology into the workings of the industry, to learn how the business operates and turn something she has always loved into a career path.
Lauren looks forward to working with all kinds of creative individuals; she loves creating beautiful spaces, making natural jewelry, spending time in the garden and coming up with new recipes. Having just moved from Orange County to Malibu, her goal is to learn, contribute and inspire even more enthusiasm and positivity around the All Access office.
After recovering from middle school conflict with Darryl Strawberry ("He stole my handball."), Paul Colbert pulled himself out of the adversity to enjoy a rewarding career. First, he turned an Internship at KMGG (Magic 106)/L.A. into an on air stint with the late Robert W. Morgan's morning show. Then, after helping establish KPWR (Power 106)/L.A. from day 1, Paul moved on to a stint working with Casey Kasem on "American Top 40" ("I was in charge of numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 & 42"). From there, Paul moved on to Radio & Records, working just about every job in the building from Editorial to Sales.
While doing time at R&R, Paul gained semi-local notoriety by being the guy standing behind the TV reporter saying O.J. had been arrested ("I got on 2 TV channels.") Concurrently, Paul established himself as an accomplished Voiceover performer in commercials, movie trailers, TV shows, and most notably as an Eddie Murphy soundalike ("Eddie matched my 'Shrek' guide vocals almost to the syllable"). Paul joined All Access in 2004, handling the Voiceover/Imaging dept. as well as Record Industry and Radio Sales.

RJ launched his radio career fresh out of high school and spent 30 years in the business, 27 exclusive to Country radio and a combined 17 years in three decades at Country KZLA /Los Angeles. His tenure there included every aspect of programming including weekends, mornings, APD/MD, PD and OM.
In the intervening years away from Los Angeles, he oversaw two additional, legendary radio brands as PD and OM of KNIX/Phoenix and KCYY/San Antonio, respectively. At each of his radio stops, these stations received industry recognition via CMA and/or ACM Station of the Year nominations and trophies. During his last stint at KZLA (2000-2006), RJ was recognized as one of Radio Ink's Top 10 Country PDs on four occasions.
His vast radio experience includes a year in syndication, serving as OM for the Blair Garner-hosted After Midnite.
In 2007, RJ transitioned to Radio & Records as Country Editor before joining Arista Nashville's promotion team in 2009 after R&R ceased publication. A desire to return to trade publications united him with Country Aircheck in 2011 where he served as VP/Country. Now he is proud to join the All Access family as Nashville Editor and looks forward to continuing the strong Country brand established by his predecessor, Jim Asker.
During his 30-plus years in Country, RJ has served the industry as a board member of the CMA, ACM and Country Radio Seminar. He is a past President of CRS, its current VP and chairs the organization's Country Radio Hall of Fame Committee.
Away from work RJ enjoys pursuing physical fitness, with a special passion some would term fanaticism for the sport of cycling. He believes in college football, pro basketball, playoff hockey and Dodger baseball. Spiderman is his favorite superhero; the preferred cocktail a shot of tequila and a beer, although a Jack on the rocks with a light splash of water will suffice. He doesn't get people who "don't get" the Beatles yet simultaneously doesn't get Bob Dylan.

JOEL DENVER President/Publisher/co-founder (along with VP/CFO & Operations/co-founder and deceased wife RIA) of the ALL ACCESS MUSIC GROUP (www.AllAccess.com), established the company, headquartered in MALIBU, CA and launched the site in 1995. Prior to founding the ALL ACCESS MUSIC GROUP, DENVER was the CHR Editor for R&R NEWSPAPER for 14 years.
Before joining R&R he'd been in radio for 13 years as PD at WBSB (B104)/BALTIMORE, KSLQ/ST. LOUIS, KCBQ-A/SAN DIEGO, WMJX (96X)/MIAMI, MD at WFIL/PHILADELPHIA, and had been on air at WAYS-A/CHARLOTTE, WNOR-A/NORFOLK, WPGC-A&F/WASHINGTON, and WINX-A/ROCKVILLE, MD where he got started in radio at age 15, in JANUARY of 1968.

Net News Editor Pat Gillen is a 30 year vet of the radio and music business. Radio stops included Z90/San Diego, Q106/San Diego, WTFX/Madison, WGFM/Albany, WJLK/Asbury Park and WPST/Trenton. Gillen once served as Joyner Communications VP/Programming.
Following a decade-plus run in radio, Gillen moved to the trade magazine Network40 as Sr. Broadcast Editor, Managing Editor and eventually VP/East Coast Operations for The Network Magazine Group. Gillen has also worked the syndication side of the business, serving as an affiliate sales rep for Zeo Radio Networks and Superadio Networks, and still has interests in several shows.

Dave Hoeffel has been involved with radio and the music business since 1977, when he joined then-Top 40 WOND/Atlantic City as a weekend jock. He subsequently held on-air and/or programming positions at WPST/Trenton, WCKO/Ft. Lauderdale, WEZI/Miami, WKXW/Trenton, WIOQ/Philadelphia and WLCE/Philadelphia.
Hoeffel voicetracks for SiriusXM Radio in his spare time (currently the 50s on 5). Hoeffel joined All Access in 2004 after spending 12 years at FMQB, where he served as VP/Executive Director.
Dave and his wife Donna reside on a 22 acre farm in Central NJ with their daughters Emily and Claire. Dave's other interests range from mobile DJing to craft-brewed India pale ales to collecting radios and audio gear.

Pete Jones' career in the business may have started during his freshman year at the University of Southern California. His roommate, Larry Morgan who is now morning man at KSWD/Los Angeles, got Pete interested in radio and after USC, he started his first radio gig at KYOS-A/Merced, CA. Pete went on to sign on Top 40/Rhythmic KHTN/Merced-Modesto with consultant Steve Smith. Pete Jones remained at KHTN through 1998.

Born in Bangor, ME and raised in Oscoda, MI, Pete's father was in the U.S. Air Force and gave his family the opportunity to live in mulitple locations around the world. Pete's been married since June, 2006 to Santa Clarita, CA-based realtor Sue Kline. He's a rabid golfer that took up the sport in 2001. Pete and Sue love traveling to their home-away-from-home of Mazatlan, Mexico.
On call 24/7, Jonathan Kaplan is All Access' hardware and networking guru. It also helps that he lives a quarter mile away from the office. Very handy for those midnight reboots!
With an M.A. in film from USC film school and a MCSE certification, Jonathan has spent his working career with computers. In 1972, he and group of other geeks produced one of the first computer controlled animation films. "It was not much more than what a screensaver would be today, but it required several networked mainframes and took weeks to generate." His later career included producing feature films and interactive videogames for a think tank at USC.
Nowadays, when not trying to keep All Access personnel out of trouble on the web, he can be found servicing other computer users in Malibu and surroundings through his computer support service, PCGenie. John Parker has been involved in the music business since 1985. His career began when he joined Kingsborough Community College's radio station, B91 (NY's only 24/7 Dance Radio Station at the time). John held the positions of on-air talent, Publicity Director, Music Director and then Program Director during his stay. During his time at the station, this 10 watt "powerhouse", which produced some great radio talent like Kid Kelly, Tracy Cloherty, Geronimo, Mike Abrams, Speedy to name a few, had a weekly cume of 250,000.
In 1989, Parker made the jump from radio to records, joining independent powerhouse label, Profile Records, working with Run-DMC, DJ Quik, Rob Base, N2DEEP, Judy Torres, Special Ed, Poor Righteous Teachers and many others. John was in charge of Retail and Dance Promotion.
After a 5 year stay at Profile, he joined Select Records and worked with The Jerky Boys, Chubb Rock, Red Hot Lover Tone and Whistle.
In late 1995, John was given the opportunity to join a start-up label that was going to be opened by his former Profile boss, Cory Robbins. At Robbins Entertainment, John held the position of VP, A&R/Dance Promotion up until leaving the company in 2009. He has signed or worked with Cascada, D.H.T., DJ Sammy, Lasgo, Ian Van Dahl, Rockell, September, Reina, Cynthia, George Lamond just to name a few. Cory has credited John with laying out the blueprint for the label's success.
Parker was also one half of the Mix team known as the Happy Boys. With over 1.5 million Mix CDs sold, the Happy Boys are amongst the biggest selling mixers of all time.
He has also produced or co-produced over 30 compilations on Robbins Entertainment including their best-selling Trance Party, Dance Party, Best Of Trance, Best Of House and Techno Party series.
In 2009, John started his own label, Parker Recordings, that is distributed by Next Plateau. His very first signing, Alex Sayz, had his single debut on the Billboard Dance Airplay chart less than 30 days after it's release.
John was also named the #1 Dance A&R Person in the World by HitQuarters.com for 2007. He also wound up on the list of overall A&R people in America at #14 and on the World Chart at #20.
John is a founding board member of the Dance Music Hall Of Fame, has been a part of the DanceStar Awards nominating committee and has been a voting member of NARAS. He's also spoken at a number of music seminars, including the Winter Music Conference, Promo Only Summer Sessions and DJ Times Expo, about issues from A&R to Marketing and Promotion.
Currently, John works for the leading Pop/Dance radio and mix show promotion company, Promo Only Promotions. As well as runs 2 Internet radio stations: B91 - The Rhythm of the City (Current Dance Music) and B91 Classic (Freestyle, Disco, 70's & 80's) on Live365.com. And in 2013, he started the successful music business podcast, The Dance Music Consultant with John Parker.
Awards include being a two-time winner of the IDMA Award for "Best National In House Record Promoter" at the Winter Music Conference.
Matt Parvis started his career in radio advertising at R&R in 1989 and after 8 great years, left to work at Inside Radio to help start up their West Coast Operations. In 1998 he received a call from Joel Denver asking him to come to AllAccess.com to help lead the Sales Dept. and the rest is what they call history. An avid golfer and card player, he is always up for making a deal.
Senior Web Developer
Mike Paulsen joined the All Access Web team in 2011 as Senior Web Developer. He considers himself something of a swiss army knife when it comes to coding, databases, and web design -- having worked in many platforms and technologies over the years.
Raised just outside the Mile High City of Denver, Mike was weaned on AOR and Modern Rock radio in the '70s and '80s. After spending one year at USC studying architecture, he decided that all nighters drafting by hand wasn't for him and transferred to the more laid back University of New Mexico in Albuquerque where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 1991.
Mike is an avid music listener with eclectic tastes and takes great pleasure in demonstrating to friends and family over 30 who have given up on new music the error of their ways. For him, music today is as vibrant as it's ever been, even if he has a nostalgic soft spot for his '80s alternative and new wave! You will find him plugged in -- tuned in to his iPod -- computer turned on at any given moment. He enjoys keeping up with the latest internet trends, especially when it comes to social networking and cloud computing and is, not surprisingly, a huge proponent of open source technology.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys watching movies at home, visiting art museums, reading up on science and technology, forever honing his satirical wit, and touring the wineries of California's central coast. Mike currently lives in Southern California with his wife and their two Boston terriers.
Editor, Triple A Promotion
John Schoenberger is a 35+ year veteran of the radio and record industry. He served in various local, regional and national promotion capacities for the first 22 years of his career at labels including ABC/Dunhill, Arista, Relativity and MCA.
In 1993, he joined the Network Magazine Group to serve as Triple A Editor for industry trade publication The Album Network. During that period he also developed and served as editor for a stand-alone Triple A publication known as Totallyadult. In 2001, Schoenberger joined Radio & Records as Triple A Editor and also acted as the organizer and host of the annual R&R Triple A Summit held in Boulder, CO.
In September of 2009, Schoenberger became part of the All Access team to develop and head up the newly launched Triple A section.
He lives with his wife in the Mojave Desert east of Los Angeles and enjoys hiking, biking and yoga.
Vice President of Digital Content
Matt Shapo is the Vice President of Digital Content at All Access where he oversees the development and execution of all content for AllAccess.com and develops all aspects of the company's online presence.
As part of this ongoing process, Matt is deeply involved in charting digital strategy for the company, establishing new content initiatives, and managing All Access' relationships with a variety of strategic partners. He also works closely with the All Access sales staff and the company's advertising clients to ensure client satisfaction and maximize the impact of all advertising on the website.
Matt previously served as All Access' Senior Designer and later as its Manager of Web Operations, during which time the company implemented two, full scale re-designs of allaccess.com that resulted in the site more than doubling its traffic on each occasion.
Before joining All Access, Matt obtained a B.A. in International Relations & Political Science from Tufts University, worked as a legislative researcher and financial news reporter in Washington, DC, obtained an M.F.A. in film production at Florida State University, and worked in feature film development and independent video production.
In earlier life, Matt grew up the son of his loving parents, Ron and Marilyn, and tormented his younger sister, Nirah "I'm going to tell Mom" Shapo. He also played basketball in every waking moment that he was not required to be in school or taking a piano lesson.
These days, Matt likes to regale his fabulously patient wife, Jennifer, with highly charitable accounts of his former basketball greatness and to spend as much time as possible with her and their wonderful son, Evan.
West Coast News Editor
The early days are hazy for Jeff Silberman, since he was born at a very young age in Chicago. He earned a B.A. at Northern Illinois Univ. and an M.A. at Southern Illinois Univ., yet when jobs were M.I.A., he moved to Los Angeles in 1978. Eschewing any semblance of reality, Silberman wrote about the music scene, interviewing the artists such as Bob Marley, Frank Zappa, Lou Reed, Johnny Rotten, X, David Lee Roth, Blondie, Black Flag, Stevie Wonder and David Byrne for magazines such as Music Connection, BAM, L. A. Weekly, L. A. Reader, DIY and Daily Variety. In 1990, Jeff threw all caution to the winds and began a radio trade career. He segued from Hitmakers to Network 40 for eight years, Billboard Airplay Monitor, and back to the Network Magazine Group as Editor-in-Chief for all half-dozen of its publications. In 2002, the Group was downsized to the MusicBiz.com website, which he edited until it "go boom" in 2006. After a year in Chicago as Dir./Promotion & Marketing for indie Victory Records, Silberman found a reason to live as West Coast News Editor for All Access.
Perry Michael Simon is the former Program Director at stations like KLSX/Los Angeles and WKXW (New Jersey 101.5)/Trenton and Operations Manager at KLYY (Y-107)/Los Angeles, and served in a corporate role at Press Broadcasting and produced Greg Behrendt's show for Comedy World Radio Network. Monta joined the All Access/Nashville Staff in July 2014. Having been born and raised in the Greater Nashville Area, music and the industry was an ever-present part of life from an early age; however, Monta was not always interested in the business. After moving to the Greater Knoxville Area as a teenager, she worked in the mortgage industry and considered a career as a high school English teacher before earning certifications in Event Planning, Bridal Consulting, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. After seven successful years in the Wedding Industry learning invaluable sales, marketing, and psychology skills, Monta joined the world of radio in 2010 with Knoxville's Journal Broadcast Group.
Working in radio proved addictive, and it was not long before Monta began "learning the ropes" of each facet of what makes radio work. Working alongside veteran programmers and executives, Monta helped Journal land a double-double when they acquired WNOX 100.3 and flipped it to their existing Country format (WCYQ 100.3) turning 93.1 WNOX to a Classic Hits format. With broadcast experience in Top 40, Rhythmic, Classic Hits, and Country, Monta brings a knowledge of programming, programmers, and a passion for music to the All Access team.
After four years with Journal Broadcast Group, Monta left Knoxville to return home to the Nashville Area and put down roots. After four short months in the "outside" world, the desire to return to the music industry was too strong, and when the opportunity to join All Access knocked, she answered enthusiastically. Outside of work, Monta enjoys every genre of music, live shows, horror movies, NFL Football, social media, The Big Orange, and all things Tiffany Blue. When she "grows up," Monta wants to be Audrey Hepburn, solve the mystery of who shot JFK, and someday marry John Mayer, since she recently found out that Chandler Bing is only a fictional character and is unlikely to take a wife.
Cary Vance started as a Club DJ in the late 70's and began his music industry career in 1985 working at the legendary record shop Vinyl Mania, located on Carmine Street in New York City.
In 1986 Vinyl Mania started a record label and Cary promoted all of their early releases. It was there that Cary met Todd Terry and put out one of his first releases, the Freestyle classic; "Why You Wanna Go" by Fascination.
In late 1987 Cary moved on to Virgin Records as the head of Dance Promotion. During his 4+ years at the label, Cary helped to create the plans that established artists such as: Inner City, Lenny Kravitz, Neneh Cherry, Paula Abdul & Soul II Soul. While working at Virgin Records Cary was co-Exec Prodocuer of the platinum plus selling LP "Shut Up And Dance," by Paula Abdul.
In 1991 Cary decided to start his own Promotion & Marketing company, a few of his early successes included: Chaka Demus & Pliers "Murder She Wrote" and the Night Crawlers "Push The Feeling On". In 1992 Cary decided to team up with Issy Sanchez to form Elite Promotions. They had tremendous success with many records including: Captain Hollywood "More and More" and 95S "Whoot There It Is".
In 1994 Profile records hired Cary as their Head of Promotion. DJ Quik, N2Deep, Run DMC, & Second II None were among the many R&B leaning acts Cary was involved with. On the Dance side, 2 Bad Mice "Bombscare" & the Mighty Dub Cats "Magic Carpet Ride" were among his successes.
In 1996 Cary became the Head of Promotion for Robbins Entertainment. After having success with hit singles from Rockell "I Fell In Love" & Crush "Jellyhead", Cary returned to Virgin Records where he rose to the position of VP/Promotion helpingd to establish or re-establish Aaliyah, Basement Jaxx, Daft Punk, David Bowie, Fatboy Slim, Janet Jackson, Lenny Kravitz, Mariah Carey, Melanie C, Rolling Stones, Shaggy, Spice Girls, Tina Turner among others.
Among Cary's accomplishments at Virgin he helped make "Try Again" by Aaliyah the first ever airplay-only single to go #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Creating the plan for Janet's "All For You" that made it the first and only single to have every R&R Reporting Mainstream Top 40, Rhythm Top 40 and R&B Radio Station in the country add it in its first week of release. Cary also won the International Dance Music Awards In-House Promoter Of The Year Award for 2001.

From 1995 Nick Wagner spent the following 12 years working various production jobs on big budget movies, music videos, commercials and television shows for all the major studios in Hollywood, CA. During this time his hobbies of photographing celebrities, models and musicians and web design began to take over his career. Nick has settled in the Chicago area to continue web design and consulting.
